Your always perfect bank of energy

If you're feeling hopeless today, consider this:

What if you were given the exact amount of energy you needed to do whatever unfolded for you yesterday. What if the same thing happened today, and tomorrow?

This is not about the content of your days or what you *wish* each day would have produced. Just a simple observation.

What if each day you were given the exact amount of energy you needed to navigate your unfolding map to the end of your day.

This seems to never not be the case.

So...

What if every day, you could take 1 minute of that perfect dollop of energy you've been given, and gift if to somebody else.

Hint: You would still have the perfect amount of energy you need to do whatever unfolds in the day.

So do the thing:
Make that call
Listen with heart's ears
Neuter judgement
Buy the irritating person behind you in the lineup a coffee anonymously
Pray for the best for somebody instead of what you *think* they need
Consider with an atheist; contemplate with a mystic
Smile *with* somebody, not at them
Breathe

Those daily minutes, accumulated, effect more change that you can imagine. They also birth joy, and add it to tomorrow's perfect bank of energy.
